A healthcare provider wanted to make reports and internal documentation searchable with AI. Cloud services were off the table: patient data must not leave the building, and data-protection sign-off would never have come. We built a local environment: a model on their own hardware, knowledge access to the internal documentation, logging in-house. The existing permission system was carried over, whoever may not open a record won’t see it through the AI either. The hardware was sized to actual demand beforehand instead of bought on suspicion.
